Iconic image of break: For Spring Break I went to the west coast to look at colleges. This picture was taken at Pikes Market in Seattle.
Visual Metaphor: This picture was taken inside the butterfly exhibit at the Pacific Science Center. To me this picture visually represents small break throughs and possibly a theme of hope. The holes at the top are used to let light in for the butterfly's. To me this shows hope because in order to have hope, sometimes you need to let the light it. It shows small break troughs because the small openings at the top, while small, are still progress.
Visual Metaphor- Kokoro: This picture was taken in Seattle as well. To me, this represents a theme of isolation in Kokoro.
